Carl Hughes memorial meeting.
Tears, laughter and sadness.
But what a fantastic day to remember ‘our Carl’. The paddock was packed and the sun shone down.
The Lap of honour was the most, emotional yet uplifting part of the day, to see all ages of riders from our little auto’s up to our Vets, riding a tribute lap round the track, in honour of Carl was just…. well it made us proud to be part of the NLWMCC MX Family.
The photos all say a thousand words from the picture with the heart in the sky, to the mascot walking round the paddock.
We would like to thank:
NW Air Ambulance and their helpers
Spiral GFX for the # No 4 stickers
James Warren for taking over the ‘Paramedic Puppy’

What a great weekend at Culham. The team got a a 4th overall and thanks to all our team riders who gave it their all over the weekend. There were a few battered, bruised and broken bodies where the track had took its’ toll and best wishes go out for a quick recovery to Sam Godkin (thankfully nothing broken), Sam Holding (collarbone, again !!!), Thomas Yates (collarbone) and Brian Wright (old age ;))
In the MCF Elite Youth League, which every member contributes to over the season, we got a very creditable 3rd Overall so thanks to all our licenced members for helping out with this.
There is a full report of the team event, with team, league and individual results on the MCF website
