Safety
As an ACU/MCF affiliated club we take the safety of our riders, the public and our helpers very seriously.
All our tracks are inspected by a track inspector to ensure they meet strict safety standards. Each event is also issued with a Permit.
It is important that all riders/parents are fully aware of the rules and regulations for their own safety and welfare.
A few requirements worth noting for each participant are:
-
Capacity and Licence restrictions for machines and riders
-
All competitors must have a 2kg (minimum) dry powder fire extinguisher available for immediate use.
-
Riding of machines in the paddock is strictly prohibited – and is not insured.
-
All mobile generators should have an appropriate earthing method.
-
Strictly no personnel, other than signed on officials, are permitted on the track while machinery is operating.
THE SAFETY OF ALL MUST COME FIRST.
